Its primary aim is to systematically, holistically, and sustainably ensure the fulfillment of standards within educational institutions, fostering an independent culture of quality in these settings.

Within the PMP application, there are questionnaires designed for various school stakeholders. These instruments are intended to facilitate the mapping of educational quality conducted by educational units based on the National Education Standards.

From a technical perspective, the PMP application functions as an optional component or add-on to the Dapodik application. Consequently, it can only be installed and executed on computers that have the Dapodik application already installed. The PMP application automatically retrieves essential data entities from Dapodik, such as school profiles, teaching staff, student details, and more. Following this, it presents a series of questions or questionnaires tailored to each of these data entities.
